Puthea commenced her Secretary and Admin position with the ASEAN Mine Action Center (ARMAC) in November 2017. Her role includes providing general support of administrative & secretarial tasks and logistics support to ensure the ARMAC Permanent Secretariat functions efficiently.

Prior to working at ARMAC, she worked for the United Nations Development Programme for 6 months as an Administrative Clerk, and as an Administrative Officer with the Center for Khmer Studies for almost 8 years. Puthea completed a Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Science in 2005 at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and completed her Master’s Degree of Development Management at Norton University in 2017.
