- To create a platform for ASEAN Member States to reflect on national experiences, challenges, and best practices in victim assistance.
- To facilitate survivor engagement and amplify their voices in shaping inclusive and responsive support systems.
- To promote the long-term sustainability of the Regional Victim Assistance Network (VAN) as a regional mechanism for coordination, advocacy, and capacity development.
- To present ARMAC’s strategic vision for post-project initiatives, ensuring that momentum and partnerships are sustained beyond the project lifespan.
